Preview; backend not connected

Test Query and execution status

Understand the Test Query interface without mistaking it for live execution.

Ragify may present a Test Query interaction as part of the editor. In the reviewed frontend, it does not send questions to a working execution backend.

What to expect #

Attempting a query can result in a clear error explaining that the execution backend is not connected. No response or source references are generated by a real pipeline run.

What not to infer #

A configured graph and an example query field do not imply document ingestion, vector search, model inference, source citation generation, or run persistence.

When execution is implemented #

A future executable pipeline will need authenticated graph retrieval, access to stored documents, valid model/provider configuration, an execution service, and controlled error responses. These are planned concerns rather than instructions for the current preview.
